KEPCO KPS Academy

Established in 1990, the Human Resources Development Institute is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, faculty research rooms, maintenance training buildings, dormitories, and other auxiliary facilities.
The Institute offers basic, practical, and professional courses, providing education and training that combines both theory and hands-on practice. In addition, through in-house technology development, the introduction of advanced overseas technologies, and continuous research, the Institute continues to develop hands-on training programs and audiovisual training materials that meet the needs of field operations.
