Power Plant Maintenance
Engineering Center

  • Power Plant Maintenance Engineering Center provides repair services for components of gas and steam turbines and has established a comprehensive service system for this purpose. With our latest technologies involving manufacturing and rehabilitation of high-temperature components of gas and steam turbines, rehabilitation of components of large industrial facilities, machine processing and balancing of large rotors, we provide flawless maintenance services.

Rotor Maintenance

The Rotor Maintenance Shop of the Center for Power Plant Maintenance Engineering Center provides various rotator maintenance for gas turbinem steam turbinem and various industrial facilities that play the most
important role in power generation and industrial facilities. To provide a one-stop positive and
non-shive that leads to transportation, decomposition, non-destructive
inspection, machining, measurement and assembly, we have
the latest NC shelf and balancing machine with a length of 12m and
an allowable load of 80 tons. Specialized techniques such as
blade replacement and precision machining, rotor bending
correction, journal damage weld restoration, precision diagnosis
and performance improvement are used to extend the life of
power generation facilities.

Gas turbine rotor inspection and life extension

Conduct a thorough rotor inspection to evaluate the health of all gas
turbine model rotors in the country and extend their life. Long-running
multi-stage rotors are decomposed, non-destructive inspection such as
dimensional inspection, eddy current test, ultrasonic inspection,
and dimensinal correction, parts replacement and regeneration
maintenance are applied.

Generator rotor maintenance

The Center for Power Plant Maintenance Engineering Center has been providing shop-based generator rotor maintenance services since 2012. Reconfigure the insulation system for insulation materials and coils that have lost performance after long operation and ensure stable operating performance with rewinding maintenance and diagnosis to complement existong design problems.
