13. Large Stud Bolt Diagnosis & Manufacture
Stud bolts are subject to slanting and centerline moving phenomena between screws primarily due to fatigue and aging degradation when used for a long period at high temperatures. Such problems can also result in reduction of fastening strength and internal sticking. Accordingly, KEPCO KPS has carried out close, integrated examination and evaluation since 1998 to resolve problems with flanges and bolts at high temperatures. As a consequence, we provide the finest maintenance and engineering services, introducing up-to-date technologies(MSI, heli coil, bushing).
