07. Turbine Components Refurbishment
Gas turbine components such as bucket(blade), nozzle(vane), transition piece, combustion liner and diaphragm in operation over the temperature of 1,000 are susceptible to serious damages of fatigue, crack, corrosion and partial burning caused by frequent starts and stops because they are specifically operated at peak hours of the day. KEPCO KPS provides turbine component refurbishment services for GE, WH and ABB type gas turbines in the possession of companies by developing maintenance technologies and tools for coating, stripping, welding, machining and heat treatment.
