09. Insulation Diagnosis
The Insulation Diagnosis Team is responsible for conducting precise electrical diagnoses of electrical facilities (e.g. generators, transformers, high-voltage motors, and high-voltage cables) to predict their remaining life cycle and analyzing the degree of ageing of the facilities. The team gathers the basic data for optimal maintenance from the tasks stated above, and provides while carrying out insulation diagnoses and condition analyses of power facilities knowledge, and technologies acquired while carrying out insulation diagnoses and condition analyses of power facilities, which is usually caused by ageing over time or abnormal for preventing the dielectric breakdown of electric facilities, and from the subsequent shutdown or failure of the process in advance. This ensures stable and reliable operation of the facilities and guarantees the best services, thereby contributing to the stable supply of electric power.
